For beef patties

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil

For gravy

  • ½ onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup of broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • 5 oz mushrooms

Preparation

Making beef patties
